Yamaha FZR FZS SVHO SHO FX GP1800 Supercharger Blow Off Valve BOV WAVERUNNER
|
Improve the reliability of your Yamaha WaveRunner FX, Cruiser, GP1800R, FZR, FZS SHO/SVHO supercharger by adding a high performance blow off valve.
Fits all years 1.8 Waverunner Supercharged engines up through 2022 and on. The kit includes our exclusive heavy duty custom silicone coupler, vacuum line, vacuum T, all stainless, gapless hose clamp for BOV port, and our high quality sequential style SSQV SQV BOV. Easy 10 minute install: Only a screwdriver required on most models. The valve and adapter circlip come pre-assembled. No removal of the manifold is required, no drilling or tapping. Our kit comes with a pre-assembled barbed T and connects to the map sensor. No Removal of the stock airbox. The SVHO superchargers are known to shear gear teeth, fail clutches, twist supercharger shafts and destroy your very expensive supercharger. Going from full boost to closed throttle causes the most stress on the shaft, gear and clutch. The BOV gives a safe place for the compressed air to dump and reduce the mechanical stress on the compressor and clutch assembly. The blow off valve is your best defense against premature clutch damage. QUALITY: Attention to detail is what makes the best. Our hose is CNC designed for a perfect fit. Ultra durable with 5 layers of polyester reinforcement and a perfectly sized BOV port. We use extra thick silicone vacuum tubing that needs no zip ties, All stainless OE style gapless hose clamp and barbed nylon hose tees. Our valve assembly is also assembled with a aircraft style stainless steel circlip. You won't find this anywhere else! This is the nicest, highest performance kit at any price. Be sure to read our ebay reviews on this part. HIGHEST PERFORMANCE: The sequential design of the BOV allows for the fastest response while our exclusive large port ensures maximum flow. You won't find a better performing BOV kit. The valve comes with a larger hose port than RIVA and other kits. It is designed to match the valve ports perfectly. Not too small or two big. |
