Vorsprung Titanium Intake, B8/B8.5 Audi S4, S5 , Q5, SQ5 3.0T Supercharged
Vorsprung Autowerk 89mm / 3.5" Titanium Intake
For the Audi 3.0T (EA837)
At Vorsprung Autowerk, we don’t just build parts — we build for the kind of driver who notices everything. The sound, the feel, the way a car breathes when it’s truly alive. That’s exactly why we created our 89mm titanium intake for the Audi 3.0T. Not for the dyno numbers (though they help), but for the experience.
Why Titanium? Because We Couldn't Settle.
Most intakes are made from aluminum or plastic — they work, but they don’t do anything special. We chose titanium because it stays cooler, looks better, sounds sharper, and lasts longer. It shrugs off engine bay heat, resists corrosion, and gives you a raw metallic finish that doesn’t fade or flake. No gimmicks, no coatings — just the real deal.
And thanks to its strength, we can keep the walls thinner without giving up durability. That means more room for air, less weight up front, and quicker throttle response you’ll feel every time you drive.
Hand-Built. No Shortcuts.
Each intake is pie-cut and hand-welded the old-fashioned way — one section at a time — because machines don’t build passion. Every weld is back-purged for strength and consistency, and every piece is finished to bring out the hues that only real titanium can offer.
You’ll also notice something else: sound. Titanium brings out a cleaner, sharper supercharger whine that turns heads and gives you goosebumps.
