STAINLESS DIESEL SPRING GATE - HE351
🔥 Stainless Diesel Spring Gate Wastegate Actuator – HE351 Turbo | 3G & 2G Twin Position Fitment
Take full control of your boost with the Stainless Diesel Spring Gate Wastegate Actuator for the HE351 turbo. This spring-actuated boost controller is built for precision and durability—ensuring consistent turbo performance and long-term reliability in high-boost diesel applications.
Designed to function as a pressure relief valve, the actuator uses an internal spring and adjustment bolt to keep the wastegate shut until your turbo reaches target boost pressure. Once reached, the valve opens to divert exhaust flow, slowing the turbine and preventing overboost.

✅ Key Features:
-
Specifically designed for HE351 turbochargers
-
Compatible with 3rd Gen Cummins trucks (direct fit)
-
Fits 2nd Gen trucks when used with a Stainless Diesel HE351 Swap Pipe

• Longer mounting bolts for secure fit -
Bracket positions the actuator toward the passenger-side fender when mounted
-
Works only with manifolds flipped up (twin position configuration)
-
Also compatible with HE351 single turbo swap kits
—
💡 Important Fitment Note:
-
“Twin position” means a 2nd Gen style manifold flipped upward with the turbo clocked accordingly.
-
This setup is required for proper actuator function and clearance.
—
⚙️ How It Works:
The actuator remains closed under spring pressure until a set boost level is reached. At that point, drive pressure overcomes the spring and opens the wastegate—venting exhaust, controlling boost, and preventing turbo overspeed. Unlike traditional can-style actuators, this spring gate offers improved accuracy and reliability in high-performance twin or single turbo builds.
