SPDZ1 Aluminum Charge Pipe Upgrade
The factory plastic charge pipe found on N55-powered BMWs is one of the most common failure points once boost pressure is increased. Even completely stock vehicles have experienced cracked or blown charge pipes over time.
The SPDZ1 Aluminum Charge Pipe Upgrade replaces the factory plastic component with a precision-built aluminum pipe engineered to withstand significantly higher boost pressures while maintaining OEM-style fitment.
Finished in a durable matte black coating, the SPDZ1 Charge Pipe utilizes CNC-machined connections and retains all factory emissions and diverter valve connections for an easy, factory-style installation. It also includes two pre-capped 1/8" NPT ports for future boost gauges, water/methanol injection, or other accessories. Similar replacement-style charge pipes emphasize OEM hardware retention, matte black aluminum construction, CNC flanges, and dual NPT ports.
