The kit's CNC aluminum lockdown plates remove any and all movement from the rear differential under all driving conditions - from daily street driving to drag racing and road racing. Under hard driving the drivetrain twists and moves before turning the wheels, making initial acceleration feel numb and spongy; the PERRIN system locks the differential down for zero movement, reducing squat and eliminating delay in power transmission between the engine and wheels.
