Eventuri BMW E60 M5 / E63 M6 Black Carbon Intake System - V2
Performance Gain: 12-15hp, 12-18ft-lb
The Eventuri BMW E60 M5 / E63 M6 Carbon Intake System – V2 is a fully re-engineered evolution of the original S85 intake, designed to improve airflow efficiency, throttle response, and overall drivability while delivering a seamless OEM+ engine bay integration. Developed using computational fluid dynamics and extensive real-world testing, the system optimizes the airflow path to the naturally aspirated V10 for measurable performance gains and a significantly enhanced induction sound.
The V2 design integrates the MAF tubes directly into the carbon fiber housings, eliminating the visual and functional disruption of separate MAF sections. Combined with shorter, custom EPDM couplers to replace the factory flexible hoses, the result is a smoother and more direct airflow path with reduced turbulence and improved response.
The dual carbon Venturi housings work with bespoke high-flow performance filters to provide a larger effective filtration area while maintaining stable intake air temperatures. Dedicated heat shields and air scoops ensure a consistent supply of ambient air and protect the intake charge from engine bay heat.
Constructed from 100% prepreg carbon fiber and supported by precision CNC-machined and laser-cut hardware, the system delivers OEM-level fitment, reduced weight, and a dramatic visual upgrade for the S85 engine bay.
