6.5L GM Diesel Glow Plug Harness Extension Assembly
Glow Plug Extension Harness Connector for 1992 - 2002 6.5L GM Turbodiesel
Most GMC/Chevrolet vehicles equipped with the 6.5L GM turbodiesel feature two of these glow plug harness extensions on the passenger side beneath the turbocharger. They are incorporated into the glow plug harness to increase the serviceability of the cylinder 4 and 6 glow plugs because there are heat shields attached to the exhaust manifold at these cylinders. This part of the glow plug harness is typically replaced with the glow plugs since the connectors tend to deteriorate. Please note that this item is sold individually and (2) are required per vehicle.
