Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to any damaged or missing part, you may return it to us to get refund or replacement. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. All orders are final, we do not accept return or exchange on any items unless the items you received are damaged or missing.
- We hereby declare that we are not liable for any consequences resulting from our customers purchasing products from us and subsequently selling them on third party platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart etc). Any actions taken by third party platform including deactivation of listings, authentication issues or the suspension of any accounts, are beyond our control and responsibility. Customers engaging in such activities do so at their own risk, and we strongly advise them to adhere to eBay, Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service to claim a refund or replacement with proof of damage or missing (videos or pictures). After claim is verified contact support to obtain a Return Address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase ( Order Invoice). When a return is authorized, OEM CAR Parts will proceed with refund or replacement action.
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn’t a result of any error, the parcel will be delivered back to your ordered address and no refund will be initiated.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- perishable items
- intimates
- gift cards
- custom items
- digital products
