Replacement glow plug connector pigtail for 2001 to 2016 6.6L Duramax diesels (excluding 2001 to 2004 model years without CA emissions package, see applications list below). Utilizes high temperature ring terminal and wire sleeve, exceeding OEM requirements. Simple cut and splice replacement. Sold individually, includes butt splice, heat shrink tubing, and new glow plug flange nut.

APPLICATIONS
2001 - 2004 6.6L Duramax with CA emissions package (LB7, ACDelco 62G glow plugs)
2004.5 - 2005 6.6L Duramax (LLY, ACDelco 63G glow plugs)
2006 - 2016 6.6L Duramax (LLY, LBZ, LMM, LML, ACDelco 9G glow plugs)
Does not fit 2001 - 2004 model year engines with Federal emissions package and busbar style glow plug connectors.
INSTALLATION NOTES
Cut wire and sleeve to required length. Peel back wire sleeve and attach butt splice. Install heat shrink, then complete splice to wiring harness. Apply heat to heat shrink tubing to secure joint, then tuck splice into wiring harness loom. Install ring terminal to glow plug using the provided flange nut.
