The SPDZ1 4L60E to 4L80E Transmission Adapter Harness Kit is engineered to simplify the conversion process from a 4L60E to a 4L80E transmission. Designed for seamless integration, this harness is compatible with 1998–2002 Camaro and Firebird models, Pontiac GTO, and GM trucks and SUVs from 1996–2006.
The kit includes two essential components:
- Transmission Adapter Harness – This component converts your existing 4L60E transmission plug to the 4L80E configuration, eliminating the need for repinning connectors and streamlining the installation process.
- Input Speed Sensor (ISS) Harness – This section connects the front ISS sensor on the 4L80E transmission to the ECM, ensuring the proper signal is delivered for accurate transmission function.
Please note: ECM reprogramming (flashing) is required to apply the correct calibration for the 4L80E transmission.
